Smart Assessor provides the opportunity for Employers to access their learner’s portfolio to check progress and be involved with their learner journey. This guide will demonstrate how an employer can sign documents[AR1] [SW2] .



Your training provider will e-mail your log in and password, Log in from www.smartassessor.co.uk with your username and password. You can change your password at any time following the instructions below.



Employer Overview and Employer manager only.



 1. Log into Smart Assessor, you will be presented with a dashboard that shows a list of all learners. Use the search bar or scroll for a learner. 

2. Click the chevron next to the learner’s image to reveal more detailed information per learning aim


3. To sign Documents awaiting your signature as an Employer, click on the Awaiting Signature icon (a Red border indicates that there are documents/Units awaiting your signature


4. Click on the document name to open and view the document, then click the check box to populate a tick. This is your digital signature. Save and the document will no longer show in this list.
