This guide will demonstrate how to create a new version of an already existing form while still maintaining the previous one.




Relevant Smart Assessor log-in credentials.




Master Admin-only




1. Log Smart Assessor account www.smartassessor.co.uk then navigate to  ‘admin’ tab, from here select the tab titled ‘Forms’, then ‘edit existing Form’, as demonstrated below:    


2. From here display a list of forms previously created, select the green page option on the right-hand side to create a new version of the previously used form without affecting the existing one:

3. Save this form and make any required amendments:


4. Once complete navigate back to the ‘Forms’ tab and ‘Edit Existing Forms’ where the new version of the form will be displayed as well as the unaffected previous version.
