The Resources widget allows you to track the % of opened and completed resources, indicating if a resource has been opened or Opened and Completed.
To add the widget to the homepage of the Management Dashboard, you would select the Employer Widgets selection dropdown and select the Resources Widget.
Selecting this will add the widget into the 3x3 grid of widgets on your homepage, and will being to display the data for you as seen below;
This widget gathers its data based on the below criteria;
Active Learner- The learner is not archived
Resources Allocated within the Resources section of the Learning Plan Sessions that are opened, or completed, then averages them out into the percentages.
Please note, these resources cannot appear in both areas. If the resource is opened then they will display only in opened, if the resource has been completed then they will only display in the completed area.
This widget can be filtered on by either the Management Dashboard filters(click here for Dashboard Overview Userguide), or the internal filters when using the pop out area of the widget, accessed by clicking the Enlarge Icon(two arrows facing away from each other)
The trend chart can then be used to track the changes of these values over time based on a daily, weekly or monthly display method. WIth the ability to filter between date ranges and the assessor filter if you wanted to track these values on a caseload by caseload method.
