Each Learner within Smart Assessor has a learner profile page providing information about the learner, their employment and much more.
The learner profile page can be manually updated, or learner data imported through API/ bridge tool. Note* if data is imported by the MIS team, then any manual up-dates will be overwritten when further data is imported.
Learner and Employer roles do not have access to the learner profile page.
1. Click Learner name on Learner tab or Assessor Dashboard.
4. Action tab provides opportunity for Administrators and Assessors to issue actions to the Assessor. When actions are added, untick the completed box and save as outstanding. The action will appear on the Admin tile on the Assessor homepage .When the assessor completes the action, they update the fields, tick completed and save as completed.
