Smart Assessor provides the opportunity whilst maintaining user accounts the ability to reset a user’s password.
Make sure that the user has access to the email address on the account. The link will last for 72 hours.
Master admin- only for Smart Assessor Roles (refer to Roles and Responsibilities guidance held within the knowledgebase) All roles that have access to a Learner’s account has the ability, to reset the learner’s password.
1. Click Admin tab on the grey navigation bar.
2. Click Admin, select Maintain Users option.
