Resetting a Learners Password

Smart Assessor provides the opportunity for all roles to reset a learner’s password.
Make sure that the user has access to the email address to check the learners account details. Note* Link will only last for 72 hours.
All roles that have access to a learners account has the ability, to reset the learner’s password.
1. Select the Learner tab on the grey navigation bar.
2. Click within the search option to locate the learner.
3. Click on the learner’s name.
