The Assessor Homepage is a great tool to help you manage your day-to-day tasks. The Assessor Homepage displays the following information:

  1. Upcoming sessions
  2. Learner actions
  3. Uploaded evidence that requires mapping to criteria.

Login details to access Smart Assessor as an Assessor

DETAILS

 

1. Log in Smart Assessor as an Assessor or switch to your Assessor role. The top row displays what is planned in for today.

 

  • Sessions – planned/open sessions that have been planned with learners 
  • IQA – IQA actions that are due for today (Note *the IQA is required to close action/s once addressed by the assessor)
  • NEW evidence – work that a learner has uploaded to their Smart Assessor account and has not been marked or received feedback (Note* this count excludes evidence uploaded by the Assessor themselves)
  • Learner Actions – action/activity that has been set for completion
  • Completions- learners aim/courses that are due to be completed today. 

 

2. The second row displays what is planned for the next 7 days 


  • Session – planned/open sessions that have been planned with learners 
  • IQA – IQA actions that are due in the next 7days (Note *the IQA is required to close action/s once addressed by the assessor)
  • Learner Actions – action/activity that has been set for completion in the next 7 days 
  • Completions- learners aim/courses that are due to be completed in the next 7 days

 

3. The third row displays all overdue tasks which will remain until completed.



  • Session – planned/open session which hasn’t been closed (marked as attended/ cancelled etc) 
  • IQA – IQA actions that have not been addressed (Note *the IQA is required to close action/s once addressed by the assessor)
  • NEW evidence – work that a learner has uploaded to their Smart Assessor account and has not been marked or received feedback(Note* this count excludes evidence uploaded by the Assessor themselves)
  • Learner Actions – action/activity that is overdue 
  • Completions- learners aim/courses that are overdue.


4. Pie charts on the right hand of the page display the following information: 

 

 

 

5 The bottom line displays the following information:

  • Number of learners on a Primary assessor caseload
  • Learner progress- detailed report to assist in the management of the assessor caseload 
  • Overdue review- report to display learners with an overdue review
  • Waiting Induction- report to display learners who are waiting for an induction session to be recorded in their portfolio.
  • Admin- admin actions set for the assessor to complete.
