Smart Assessor Release Notes - 04/11/2020


Summary: 


Thank you for continuing to use our Smart Assessor system. We have made the following changes to our system, to help improve your usage and make using Smart Assessor easier for you. 


Recently Completed: Smart Room recordings in Smart Assessor: We are going live this week with: 


• The option when booking a smart session, to auto record smart sessions on joining, after the meeting has finished, the recording will be stored in the cloud and after processing will be visible against the session in the learning and assessment plan. 


• You can also choose not to have the session automatically record on joining and during the meeting record the meeting to the cloud, this will also then store the recording in the session afterwards. 

• Dependant on the size of the recording it will take some time that day to process and display against the booked session in the learning and assessment plan. 

• When playing the recording the video quality is set to auto, please adjust the quality as required and restart the video to play in the selected quality 




Support Portal: Known Issues Page


Our customer portal has been upgraded so we can display known issues that the Smart Assessor Development team are currently working on. 


To access this page, log in to your Smart Assessor account and select the “Support” tab. This will take you to our support portal. Select the “Forum” tab, and then locate and click on the “Known Issues” text. This will take you to a page that lists our solved and unsolved known issues. 


Want to be notified when a new known issue is posted to our forum? 


Select the “Follow” button in the top right-hand corner and you’ll be notified as soon as the Smart Assessor team posts a new known issue. 


Are you affected by a known issue and want to follow the status of it? Simply click into the known issue and select the “Follow” button in the top-right corner to follow the known issue. You’ll then be notified when new updates are added to it by the Smart Assessor team. 




Support: If you require help related to these changes or notifications, please raise a ticket under the Support tab.
