We are aware of reports of wellbeing files not opening across Smart Assessor. A "File not found" error is being returned when trying to open the files. URL files remain unaffected and can be opened.
Our Development team are aware of this and are working on a solution. Please check back on this know issue thread for updates.
Our teams have located the files that are not opening and we are pleased to confirm we are in the progress of restoring the links for these files to the wellbeing section, so the files can open again.
We'll provide further updates as soon as we receive them.
