Known Issue - Evidence unable to be downloaded via Summative Portfolio (Google Chrome) (Ref: 57990)

Description:

When  using Chrome the summative portfolio option to download a learners  evidence is not functioning. When the user clicks the Download Evidence  button the system processes this but nothing actually happens.


Workaround:

Alternative browsers such as Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer can be used to export the summative portfolio successfully as we rectify this.
