Excluding the course from off the job training calculation at Learner level

We have released a system development to allow courses attached at learner level to be excluded from the off  the job training calculation. 


This setting this will only apply to individual learners. To exclude the the course for all learners, this needs to be set in course builder by Master Admin role.


Applying the setting at learner course level can be set by Assessor, Curriculum Manager, Basic Admin and Master Admin roles.
