Smart Assessor Known Defects

We will supply all known Smart Assessor defects to this forum post.


If a workaround is available whilst the defect is being worked on by our developers steps will be provided.


When these defects are released to live we will add (Released) after the defect number.

Archiving an Account defect - 1136 - This has now been resolved, thank you for your patience. 

We are aware on an issue causing accounts to be archived even after un-archiving

Learner Profile Page - Reset Password button is returning an "Error sending Reset Email" error message - Job Reference: 1656. 

We are aware of an issue reported to us where the Password Reset button is not operating correctly, and displays an error code stating "Error sending Reset Email". Our development team are working on a fix. Stay tuned to this thread for further updates. 


This issue has now been resolved. Thank you for your patience whilst we rectified this.

Learning Plan - Editting Sessions returns "Input String not in the correct format" Error - Job reference: 1474 - This has now been resolved, thank you for your patience

We are aware of an issue where users cannot edit sessions in the Learning and Assessment Plan and we are working on a solution as we speak. We'll provide further updates in this post once we get them.

We are aware of an issue where Emails are not going out in a timely manner across the Smart Assessor site. Our engineers are working on a solution as we speak.

System Interruption of Service 30/11/2018 (AM) - This has been now been fixed. Thank you for your patience. 

We are aware of an issue causing the loss of access to the Technology Platform. The area's this has affected were the centred around the following:


User Access

Assessor Homepage PIe Charts

Assessor Dashboard Access

Asessor Dashboard Learners displaying.


This has now been resolved. Again, thank you for your patience regarding this matter.

Time log Data Export Curriculum Manager Role defect - 1173 - This has now been resolved, thank you for your patience

We are aware of an issue where Curriculum Manager Roles cannot access the Time log Data Export Report.


Email Icon via Assessor Dashboard defect - 1171 - This has now been resolved, thank you for your patience

We are aware an issue where the Email Icon via the Assessor Dashboard is Timing out.

TimeLog Entries containing an i symbol Defect- 1247 - This has now been resolved. Thank you for your patience. 

We are aware of an issue where Timelog Entries set against as Off The Job, are stating that the entry is "Excluded from Off the Job Calculation"

This is not affecting the off the job hours calculation, it is simply displaying the i Icon on all entries. 

Employer Accounts Awaiting Signature Defect - 1258 - This issue has now been resolved. Thank you for your patience. 

We are aware of an issue causing Employer Accounts not to be able to open files from the "Awaiting Signature Button"

Learning Plan - Internet Explorer - 1269 - This has been now been fixed. Thank you for your patience. 

We are aware of an issue causing the "New Session" button to be unresponsive in the Learning Plan. this is also causing the session actions/activities not to be opened. 


Form Emails - Form Completion Emails - Job Reference: 1708

We are aware of a problem where Forms are not attaching to Form Completed Emails. Our team are working on a fix as we speak. Stayed tuned for further updates on a resolution.
